Injection Molding
Our presses range from 55 tons up to 730 tons, giving us the capacity to manufacture plastic components in different sizes. We stock a wide range of thermoplastics and can work with material manufacturers to identify a blend suited to what the finished part needs to do. Our injection molding production capabilities accommodate prototypes as well as small- and high-volume runs.
Vacuum Forming and Thermoforming
We provide single-sheet forming for custom parts along with multi-station rotary thermoforming for larger quantities. Our equipment accommodates plastic sheets up to 5 feet by 9 feet and thicknesses from .080 inches to .50 inches. After vacuum forming, we use 3-axis or 6-axis CNC equipment to complete the necessary trimming.
Engineering and Tooling
Our engineers will help you develop a new component or refine a part your company already manufactures. We can create 3D models and produce prototypes so that you can evaluate the design before production. We also design the forming tools used to manufacture our vacuum-formed components. For injection-molded parts, we’ll review the tooling through the DFM process and coordinate mold-flow analysis with our toolmakers whenever the project calls for it.
